About the role

As Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage relationships with the company’s customers.
  • Maintain a constant line of communication with your pool of clients and their key stakeholders.
  • Engage with accounts over the phone, email and in person.
  • Actively grow your accounts so they develop as customers.
  • Ensure your customers have the best possible customer experience possible.
  • Work to both individual and team targets.

About you

As Account Manager, you will:

  • Have at least 1 years’ experience in a customer facing role.
  • Have experience working in a fast moving environment, ideally within a startup.
  • Enjoy building relationships and communicating with people over the phone and in person.
  • Be an analytical thinker and have a strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience reaching and being motivated to hit targets – Sales or Recruitment experience would be desirable
