About the role
As Customer Support Executive, you will:
- Be the first point of contacts for the startup’s business customers, mostly through live chat.
- Understand and triage customer issues.
- Provide hands on support when suitable or escalate issues to colleagues or technical teams.
- Contribute to the knowledge base for self-service support.
- Collect feedback for the product & engineering teams.
As Customer Support Executive, you’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a Customer Support role would be beneficial.
- Experience working with a live chat support system would be beneficial.
- To be excited by the idea of joining a high growth startup.
As Customer Support Executive, you can expect:
- £22k-£25k base salary, depending on experience.
