About the role

As Customer Support Executive, you will:

  • Be the first point of contacts for the startup’s business customers, mostly through live chat.
  • Understand and triage customer issues.
  • Provide hands on support when suitable or escalate issues to colleagues or technical teams.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base for self-service support.
  • Collect feedback for the product & engineering teams.

About you

As Customer Support Executive, you’ll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a Customer Support role would be beneficial.
  • Experience working with a live chat support system would be beneficial.
  • To be excited by the idea of joining a high growth startup.
