Business Development Executive
£26k base + commission (£36k OTE)
At Hired By Startups, we’re hiring a Business Development Executive to join the sales team of a rapidly growing food tech startup.

About the role
As Business Development Executive, you will:
- Engage with warm leads as they register, qualifying them as a prospect.
- Source new leads through research and cold outreach.
- Map target companies to establish key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Engage with decision makers, booking meetings and web demos for Senior Business Development Managers.
As Business Development Executive, you’ll need:
- 1-2 years’ B2B sales, experience selling to office managers, facilities managers or procurement managers would be ideal.
- Experience working in a fast paced startup environment would be beneficial.
- A track record for working to sales targets in a KPI driven environment.
- Previous experience selling food or events would be highly beneficial.
- £26k base + £6k commission (£32k OTE)
