2.7 “application” means a candidate has submitted their CV to a specific role for consideration by us and / or the employer.
3. Use of this website
3.1 By using this website you agree that:
3.1.1 You will not do anything that affects the integrity or security of this website or causes or may cause harm, damage or unreasonable inconvenience to other users of this website or us; and
3.1.2 You will not gather, extract, download, reproduce and/or display or advertise on any other website, other online or off-line service or otherwise, any material on or from this website, including but not limited to information relating to any employer, candidate, role or application whether that information has been gained by the use of spiders, data mining, trawling or other 'screen scraping' software or system used to extract data.
3.1.3 You will not use this website to transmit or knowingly or recklessly receive any material which is obscene, threatening, menacing, offensive, defamatory, abusive, untrue, in breach of confidence, in breach of any intellectual property right (including copyright) of which may cause anxiety to others including racist or sexist content or material which otherwise violates any applicable law or regulation or code, or which makes excessive demands of bandwidth or contains any virus or which may otherwise impair the computer systems of us or any 3rd party.

6. Our service
6.1 We provide recruitment services which, amongst other things, enable employers to advertise roles, review candidates and review applications. We also provide job seeking services which enable candidates to search, review and make applications to roles.
6.2 When making an application to a role advertised directly by an employer on our website you will be engaging with that employer directly and any following arrangements will be between you and the employer without any involvement from us. We cannot be held liable for any liability which may arise from such arrangements (not including the extent required by law). Please review the terms and conditions of each employer to which you apply directly.
6.3 The information you give us is used by us to provide our service. Therefore, it is important that you double-check all information to ensure that it is complete and accurate. We seek to ensure that we accurately pass on the information you have provided.
6.4 These Terms and Conditions and our correspondence with you will be communicated in the English language.
7. Validity of role
7.1 We do not control the duration for which an employer will accept applications to a role advertised on our website or the application criteria for roles advertised on our website. These are set by the employer. Unless otherwise made clear, please contact the employer for further details.
7.2 In order to make an application to a role you must follow the instructions on the relevant page on our website. You may be required to apply on our website or the website of the employer.
8. Delivery of candidate applications.
8.1 Candidate applications will be available on your ‘my account’ page of our website and will also be delivered to you by email. However we rely on the availability of 3rd party services and the general performance of the world wide web. At certain times, candidate applications may not be available to you due to problems with 3rd party services or the world wide web. Wherever possible, we will try and notify you of this and email you to let you know when your candidate applications are available to view.
8.2 Whilst we strive to provide as comprehensive and easy to use a service as possible, the requirements for your role may not be met by any applications if such requirements are unusual, "non standard.” If this is the case we will contact you directly to discuss your requirements in greater detail.
9. Responsibility for content
9.1 We are responsible for ensuring that we accurately reflect employers, candidates and roles via our website. We are also responsible for statements of fact made to you by us and protecting your data in accordance with data protection legislation.
9.2 We will use our best endeavours to provide you with a quality service and virus free website. However, we are not responsible for computer viruses or other computer related problems you suffer as a result of using this website, which are beyond our reasonable control. We recommend that you use your own appropriate virus checking software.
9.3 We are not responsible for any commentary, opinions, ratings or other postings on this website by third parties.
9.4 Employers and third party websites are responsible for failings or errors on their websites and may have a separate duty of care to you.
9.5 You may be entitled to rights separate to these Terms and Conditions under English consumer law or other legislation.
9.6 We will not be party to any communications between you and an employer or candidate in regards to an application or role on our website. However we reserve the right to monitor any such communications in order to best provide our services.
9.7 We do not prevent or exclude our responsibility to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
10. Intellectual property
10.1 All information, data and copyright material contained on this website, including any trade marks (whether officially registered or unregistered), trade names, brands, logos and devices belong to us or to the relevant owners or to people whom we have given ownership or permission to use such information data and/or copyright material. You must not use such information or copyright material unless you have written permission from us or the owner to do so.
10.2 You may download or copy the content and other downloadable items displayed on this website for personal non business use only, (i.e. to assist with making an application to a role), provided that you are not otherwise breaching these Terms and Conditions.

We aim to provide a high level service to all our customers but occasionally things can go wrong. When this happens we will do everything we can to put things right and assist you.
