Customer Service Executive
£19k – £22k base
At Hired By Startups, we’re working with a well known and rapidly growing travel company hiring a number of new Customer Service Executives to join their team.
If you have experience working in the travel industry, with a background in sales, retention or customer service, and you want to join a company with a great environment and loads of progression potential, this is for you!
About the role
- Engage with customers who’s holiday plans have changed (e.g. hotels / flights availability change)
- Explore alternate options, cross-sell / up-sell to increase revenue whilst retaining customer.
- Use your communication skills to deliver outstanding service, mostly over the phone.
- Be able to work occasional weekends and bank holidays.
- You’ll have experience working in the travel industry in a sales, retention or customer service role.
- Experience with a global booking system (e.g. Amadeus)
- Knowledge of global travel destinations.
- Speaking an additional language would be desirable, such as Spanish, Turkish, German, Italian or one of the Nordic languages.
- £19k-£22k base salary
