As Customer Success Manager you’ll manage relationships with the startup’s largest enterprise level customers, creating a scalable support strategy and building your own team.

About the role

As Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Manage relationships with the startup’s largest enterprise clients.
  • Analyse data, track KPI’s and present findings to stakeholders during QBR’s.
  • Create & implement internal customer happiness metrics.
  • Work closely with the sales team, identifying and highlighting commercial opportunities.
  • Scale and manage your own Customer Success team, progressing rapidly to ‘Head of’.

About you

As Customer Success Manager, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience managing relationships with enterprise level clients.
  • The ability to analyse large data sets, derive insight and present findings through quarterly & annual reviews.
  • Experience managing a team including hiring, on boarding and training.
  • Experience in a B2B tech startup or marketplace startup would be idea.
