About the role
As Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Manage relationships with the startup’s largest enterprise clients.
- Analyse data, track KPI’s and present findings to stakeholders during QBR’s.
- Create & implement internal customer happiness metrics.
- Work closely with the sales team, identifying and highlighting commercial opportunities.
- Scale and manage your own Customer Success team, progressing rapidly to ‘Head of’.
As Customer Success Manager, you’ll need:
- Proven experience managing relationships with enterprise level clients.
- The ability to analyse large data sets, derive insight and present findings through quarterly & annual reviews.
- Experience managing a team including hiring, on boarding and training.
- Experience in a B2B tech startup or marketplace startup would be idea.
