At Hired By Startups we’re working with a rapidly scaling healthcare SaaS, hiring an Enterprise / Mid-Market Account Executive to join their team.

About the role
As Enterprise Account Executive, you will:
- Lead a small team including an Enterprise SDR & Customer Success Manager.
- Work with your SDR to research leads, identify stakeholders and book meetings.
- Manage sales processes involving C-Level stakeholders, generally lasting 3 months.
- Negotiate & close deals, managing hand over to an Account Manager.
- Help shape the company’s value proposition and sales playbook for the enterprise market.
As Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll have:
- Prior experience in mid-market / enterprise SaaS sales with a track record for success.
- A willingness to get hands on and cold call / cold email alongside your SDR.
- Ideally experience managing / coaching SDRs.
- An interest in healthcare / social impact would be beneficial.
- Ideally experience working in an early stage startup environment.
- A highly consultative sales manner, with experience selling to C-level stakeholders.
- £50k-£75k base salary
- Uncapped commission (x2 OTE)
