At Hired By Startups we’re working with an internationally expanding SaaS startup hiring a Sales Executive to join their team.

If you have experience managing end to end SaaS sales processes and want to join a high growth startup where you can work closely with their VP Sales this could be for you.

About the role

As Sales Executive you’ll manage end to end sales processes. This will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify new leads and prospects.
  • Mapping prospect organisations and contacting key stakeholders.
  • Configuring the product and conducting client demos.
  • Managing the sales process, ensuring buy-in from key decision makers, often VP & C-level.
  • Negotiating pricing, working with the VP Sales on larger deals.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless client on boarding.

Their clients include some of the worlds largest companies, selling to enterprise and SME customers in 10+ countries. Backed by top European VC’s, over the last five years the’ve scaled to a team of 50+ with offices in London and Paris.

About you

As Sales Executive, you will be:

  • Experienced (approx 3-4 years) managing end to end SaaS sales processes with SME’s.
  • Comfortable sourcing your own leads through research and targeted outreach.
  • Able to identify key stakeholders in a prospect organisation and establish rapport.
  • Confident presenting complex product demo’s to decision makers.
  • Experienced negotiating terms and closing deals, from £2k MRR to £25k MRR.
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, specifically VP & C-Level.
  • Able to sell to clients internationally.
  • Capable working with basic office tools such as Excel and Powerpoint – this is a must.
  • Ideally you’ll speak multiple European languages; English and ideally French or German.
  • Experience selling to, or existing contacts in, e-commerce or FMCG would be an advantage.
